I know this has been published for ages. Still, you have to smile at some of the “Statistically Improbable Phrases” auto-summarised for the Amazon page for Hodgman’s second book:
“Inner Sun, Minor Television Personality, Nutrient Slime, Tone Detector, Brain Sharks, Chicken Butt, Unusual Rain…”

The “Trends & News” sidebar in Brizzly is really useful as it has drop-down explanations, a feature missing from the Twitter home page. Also, a lot of what makes the top trends is inane yet unintentionally hilarious.
